We were downsizing after thirty-one years in the same house and dreading all of it. Our advisor handled the prep list, the disclosures and the escrow paperwork, and checked in the whole way. It was the easiest part of the move.

Stelo felt like having a veteran agent in our corner from the first call. Every question came back answered within the hour, the pricing was dead on, and the sale closed in three weeks — over asking, with the commission still ours.

First time selling and I expected to feel out of my depth. The comps came with an explanation, not just a number, so I understood the price before we listed. Two offers the first weekend and no second-guessing afterward.

They walked us through pricing with real comps and zero pressure. We listed that weekend and had three offers by Tuesday.

The advice alone was worth it — what to fix, what to skip, and how to price. We kept money we assumed was gone.

First time selling on our own and it never felt that way. Someone answered every question within the hour.

We priced it right the first time thanks to their comp review. Sold in nine days without a single price cut.

What a useful review says

Ask these of any home-selling review, ours included. A kind review is nice; a specific one helps you decide.

Three questions to ask of a home-selling review, with a vague answer and a specific one
AskKind but vagueSpecific
The plan and the fee
Was the fee clear?“Great value.”Which plan they used: Guided ($2,500 flat, upfront) or Full service (1% at close, $3,500 minimum), and that buyer-agent compensation was agreed separately.
The work
Who handled the work?“They were great.”Whether the seller led the sale with guidance or a licensed partner agent handled it, and who answered their questions.
What happened when plans changed?“Smooth sale.”What came up, such as an inspection question, a quiet first week or a moved closing date, and how it was worked through.

Each review is tagged with the parts of the sale it talks about: advice and pricing, offers, prep and showings, paperwork or communication. One review can sit under several topics, so the counts overlap.
Sellers choose different plans. On Guided you lead the sale with our guidance, and Stelo is not your listing agent. On Full service a licensed partner agent handles it. A useful review says which one it was.

Start with the Help center, or contact your agent directly if you're on Full service. If a transaction deadline is close, reach the person responsible for it as well.
