Become an advisor

Your judgment, our software.

Stelo's software keeps a sale organized. Explaining a comp, a buyer's terms or a change of plan takes a licensed professional with local judgment. If that's how you work, introduce yourself.

What sellers pay Stelo

$2,500 flat, upfront, or 1% at close

$3,500 minimum on full service. Buyer-agent compensation is separate, optional and negotiable.

Who leads the sale

Guided: the seller leads. Full service: a licensed agent handles it.

On the guided plan, Stelo is not the listing agent.

How licensing works

How an introduction is reviewed

Each part is reviewed before the next one starts. If there's a possible fit, the next step is a conversation.

  1. License and sales history

We confirm an active license, then read your recent sales and the markets you know.

  2. A live pricing scenario

Work a real pricing and negotiation scenario, reviewed end to end. Bring your reasoning, step by step.

  3. Review by senior advisors

Senior advisors read your scenario work and decide whether it holds up.

  4. A conversation with leadership

Talk through how Stelo works, and settle the terms above before any sale. Bring your questions.
