The questions sellers ask

If yours is not here, ask us directly — a person answers.

Is this just a chatbot? Will I talk to a real person?

No. Stelo is a technology platform — AI handles the busywork so the fee can be lower. When you want a licensed professional, Stelo connects you with a partner agent who reviews the details and is available whenever you need them.

Will my home get the same exposure as a typical listing?

Yes — your partner agent lists it on the MLS and it syndicates to Zillow, Redfin, and 100+ sites, plus Stelo's own marketplace of active buyers. A lower fee doesn't mean less reach.

How are showings and offers handled?

Buyers request tours online and you approve times that work for you. Every offer is organized, compared side by side, and reviewed with your licensed partner agent, who advises on the strongest path.

What's the difference between the two ways to pay?

Only the bill. Both include the full AI platform and a licensed partner agent. The flat fee is $3,500, paid up front and the same whatever your home sells for, and it is refunded if your home does not sell within the agreed timeframe. The 1% option takes 1% of the sale price at closing, so there is nothing to pay while the home is on the market; it is not capped, so on a larger sale it is the bigger number. Below about $350,000 the 1% works out cheaper, and above it the flat fee does.

Can I choose my own agent?

Yes. Get matched with a licensed partner agent, or bring an agent you already trust onto the platform.

What about the buyer's agent commission?

That's negotiated separately and is entirely your choice. Stelo shows you the options and how each affects your bottom line before you decide.

Does Stelo help buyers too?

Yes — browse homes, ask the AI anything about a listing, and start an offer with a licensed partner agent in your corner.
